Vineet has developed markets across the EU that culminated in the construction of two flagship fastener manufacturing plants and becoming the leading name in fasteners with top distributors in Scandinavia, Germany, France, Netherlands etc.

Vineet’s market development activities led to expansion into the USA, Middle East, and APAC (Asia Pacific) markets supplied through three fastener and forging plants. He called upon his engineering and manufacturing experience to establish supply chains to grow fastener markets worldwide.

Over the course of his 26 year career, Vineet has established deep, C- level contacts across multiple market verticals including renewable energy, mining and tunneling, oil and gas, construction and heavy earth moving, agriculture and truck and trailers.

Vineet has an engineering degree from the College of Engineering and Technology, India and a Harvard MBA (Masters in Business Administration) from Harvard Business School. He is a qualified ISO 9001, IATF (TS 16949), CE 15048/14399 LEAD Auditor. He has deep expertise in metallurgy, forging, forming, sheet metal, CNC machining and heat treatment.
